The corner of Pine and 11th in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. This area is a hub for Seattle nightlife, music, art, fashion and small business. It's area though where rapid change and growth are forcing long time businesses to close in place of mostly housing. The artists and musicians that created the culture of Capitol Hill can't afford to live there.
